How can you pay more than my local jeweler or pawn shop?

SellGoldOnline.ca is a 100% family owned business and not a publicly traded company. Therefore, we only have our customers to please and not any shareholders. Besides that, we work with high volumes of precious metals and own our refinery while having very low overhead. Local jewelers and pawn shops sells their gold to us.

What can I sell and send you in the GoldKit?

If your jewelry, watch or coin contains any precious metal such as gold, silver, platinum and palladium, you can send it to us and we will purchase it. We also give cash for diamonds.

Is the GoldKit free or is there any hidden fees?

Yes, the GoldKit is 100% free and there are no fees of any kind while dealing with us.

Will you still pay me for my broken pieces?

Absolutely, you can sell your broken jewelry to us. We accept all real jewelry regardless of its condition and brand.

What if my item does not fit in the GoldKit?

If your items does not fit in our envelope, please call 1-844-904-1125 or email us Info@SellGoldOnline.ca and let us know. We will provide you with the solution.

How much will I get for my gold and diamonds?

Our payouts for Gold is based on the market price of the metal, the purity its weight. Our payouts for diamonds is between 70% - 90% of its wholesale price. Your offer while selling a diamond ring or engagement ring is based on the 4 C's ( Carat, Cut, Clarity and Color ) while each of them can impact positively or negatively the offer.

Can I mail you my jewelry without requesting the GoldKit?

Of course, if your wish to have a quicker transaction, you can mail in your items at :

What if I am not satisfied with the offer?

SellGoldOnline.ca offers 100$ satisfaction guaranteed to our customers and we have only our customers to please. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our offer, simply let us know by phone, email or send us back the cheque within 15 days of that date of the cheque and we will send you back your jewelry at OUR COST.

Can you call or email me the offer before sending a cheque?

Absolutely, simply notify us and we will contact you as soon as we receive and assessed your gold jewelry items. Note : if you accept our offer by phone or email, your package will automatically belong to us as it is biding. The 15 days from that date does not apply.
