6. Good and marketable title to property you send in.
7. Include that the property is sold free of all liabilities and claims of any nature or description.
8. Agreed not to send us metals that contain: Arsenic, Beryllium, Bismuth, Cadmium, Mercury, Nickel, Lead, Antimony, Selenium, Tin, Tellurium or any other deleterious elements.
9. Your personal information will remain confidential at all time and never to be sold to a third party.
10. No third parties will be involved in any transactions between the customer and SellGoldOnline.
11. We do not sell your email and any other information to a third party.
